999bd4 FAQ – Your Questions, Answered

999bd4's policy is clear: One account per mobile number. However, different members of the same household can each create their own account using separate numbers — this is fully permitted.

What is not allowed:

• Two or more accounts registered under the same person's name.
• Multiple accounts created using the same mobile number.
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.

If you accidentally end up with two accounts, contact support@999bd4.best as soon as possible. If intentional duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited. Following this rule is in your own best interest.

With two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, even if your password is compromised, no one can access your account — because every login requires an OTP sent to your mobile. Follow the steps below to enable 2FA on 999bd4.

• Step 1: Log in to 999bd4 and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
• Step 2: Go to the "Account Settings" or "Security Settings" menu.
• Step 3: Find the "Two-Factor Authentication" option and click the "Enable" button.
• Step 4: A confirmation OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use it to activate 2FA.
• Step 5: From this point on, logging in from a new device or location will require OTP verification.

If 2FA is enabled and you change your mobile number, notify support before updating to the new number — otherwise you'll be locked out of your own account. The same section is where you go to disable 2FA on 999bd4.

There are several possible reasons why an account gets locked on 999bd4, and each one has its own solution.

• Too many incorrect password attempts: Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account for 30 minutes. Wait it out or reset your password using the "Forgot Password?" option.
• Suspicious activity: If an unusual login pattern is detected, 999bd4's security system will lock the account to protect it. In this case, you'll need to verify your identity by emailing support@999bd4.best to get it unlocked.
• Policy Violation: If your account is locked due to multiple accounts or bonus abuse, appeal to support and explain the situation.
• Self-exclusion active: If self-exclusion was previously activated under responsible gambling settings, you will not be able to log in until that period has ended.

For the fastest resolution to any issue, email support@999bd4.best or reach out via live chat. Have your registered mobile number and full name ready for identity verification.

Odds are a numerical representation of how much you stand to receive if your bet wins. 999bd4 displays odds in three main formats.

Decimal Odds (simplest format and the default on 999bd4):
Odds appear as figures like 2.50 or 1.85. Multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return. Example: ৳100 × 2.50 = ৳250 total return, meaning ৳150 in profit.

Fractional Odds (UK style):
Displayed as 3/2 or 5/1 – the first number is the profit, the second is the stake. A ৳100 bet at 3/2 odds means ৳150 profit + ৳100 stake = ৳250 total return.

American Odds (Money Line):
Positive (+150) means a ৳100 bet wins ৳150 profit. Negative (-150) means you need to bet ৳150 to win ৳100 profit.

999bd4 uses decimal format by default as it's the most straightforward option for Bangladeshi users. You can switch to your preferred format anytime in your account settings.

An Accumulator (or parlay) bet combines selections from multiple events into a single wager. All selections must be correct to win a larger return — if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

How to place an Accumulator bet on 999bd4:

• Step 1: Go to the "Bet" section, open the first match, and click the odds for your preferred selection (e.g., Bangladesh to win). It will be added to your bet slip.
• Step 2: Go back, open the second match, and add another selection. You'll notice the "Accumulator" option has now appeared in the bet slip widget.
• Step 3: You can add up to 15 selections this way. The odds for each selection will multiply together, and your potential winnings will be shown on the bet slip.
• Step 4: Enter your total stake and tap the "Place Bet" button.

Example: A ৳100 accumulator across 3 matches with odds of 2.00, 1.80, and 2.50 gives a potential return of ৳100 × (2.00 × 1.80 × 2.50) = ৳900. However, if any one of the three selections is wrong, you lose the entire ৳100.
